Anna is exceptional at her job!!! She is calm, her voice is soothing, the spa is comfortably chic, and the room was serene & warm. I have had many facials in my life but none as thorough and clean feeling as the one I received from Anna. She does a great job explaining what the treatments and serums would do for my skin and I appreciated it so much. I would HIGHLY recommend her to everyone!!!!

Environment was calm and serene. Anna did a thorough consultation on my skin, needs and desires before she ever touched my face. I do have allergies to some ingredients, so she checked her products to ensure she was not using anything to which I would have a reaction. She explained everything she was doing and answered all my questions. Definitely an enjoyable experience and very satisfied with the results.
