What is one of your signature services? How is it performed?
European and Anti-Aging facials. [Each includes] a customized double cleanse, customized exfoliation, massage of the face, neck, shoulders and upper arms, and a customized masque and moisturizer. [We also offer] microdermabrasion [that] includes a double cleanse with toner to prep the skin, microdermabrasion, soothing masque, and customized moisturizer.

Do you offer your customers any extra perks?
Complimentary bottled water and a chocolate truffle.

What steps do you take to make your clients feel at ease?
On their first visit, they will fill out a consultation form for a facial or microdermabrasion. This helps me to get a feel for their stress level and what their skin goals and expectations are. [Not only is] this necessary, but [it] also helps to build a brief rapport and get them relaxed for their service. I also try to make sure they are as comfortable as possible—maybe adding a pillow or rolled up towel under their knees for instance, while they're lying back for their service.

Music is played in the background during visits to further relax the client.
