The address posted isn’t the correct address...On my initial appointment, I arrived and Erica said she forgot my appointment and we rescheduled for later that day. I returned and waited an hour for service. The procedure was more painful than my tattoo and the touch up was equally painful. Erica is a pleasant person and the result is good.

Erica is a customer-focused professional!!! I had my eyebrows micro bladed today and she did a very good job with a great result! Very pleased.

Went in for touch up, she forgot my appt. I agreed to wait for her because she apologized for forgetting me and said she was only 30 minutes away. I sat there over an hour she never showed or called to say she would be longer. I had to get sitter for grand baby and this was such an inconvenience. Sad to say this is what happens when we try to do business with our people. Very unprofessional.
