Q:

Is one treatment ever enough? How long does it take to see results? Also, what is the rate of recurrence?

Margaret G.  asked on  Jan 15, 2013

A:

Hi..depending on the severity of the fungus will determine how many treatments will be needed. It can take 9 to 12 months to see results depending how quickly your toe nail grows out. It will only return if you are re-infected. Thank you.

Q:

I am asking a common question for you again, for myself: * Does one treatment get rid of the fungus? * Do additional treatments cost the "regular" price of $1200 for both feet? * How many treatments does a typical customer require before the fungus is banished? * How often and how likely is the fungus to reappear after treatment is "complete?" Thanks, Charles

Charles M.  asked on  Jan 15, 2013

A:

Hello..One treatment might not possibly get rid of the fungus. The number of treatments depends on the severity of the fungus. The fungus will not come back if you do not get re-infected. The technician will evaluate your condition and will discuss with you how many treatments will be necessary and provide an estimate. Thank you.

Hello. I have a question to ask prior to purchasing this groupon. I need to know if I am able to get my money back and or get further complimentary treatment if this procedure does not work. Please respond at your convenience. Thank you, Larisa Kelly lorikelly@q.com

Q:

reading this offer I see the statement that a consultation is required BEFORE the treatment. What does that mean in terms of cost. Ex: If I buy this groupon offer for $299 (both feet) do I a) make an appointment and have both feet done in one visit with not additional fees or b) must I have to schlep down to consult, pay a consulting fee and then get my $299 offer for both feet. Are there any other hidden costs? How much are they? Is there a guarantee on the work done to one's feet?

Alicia D.  asked on  Jan 13, 2013

A:

Hello..The consultation is included. There is not additional fee for it. The only additional cost is for sales tax on the purchase of the groupon. This is because groupon does not collect sales taxes for us. The tax rate in Albuquerque is 7%. When you come in for the appt you will meet with the technician and discuss the treatments. The treatments do work and clear up the fungus. Depending on the severity of the fungus will determine how many treatments are needed. Thank you.
