Tour our state of the art facility. Taste why our spirits are distinctly different.

Tour Includes:

- Guided and immersive tour of 100% our grain-to-glass distillery. We will take you though our entire process and educate you on what it takes to craft an exemplary spirit, handcrafted in Elk Rapids Michigan.

- Private tasting of five (5) Ethanology spirits. Our Ethanolgist's will take a deep dive into each spirt. We will cover ester and congener characteristics, mouthfeel, palate, and olfactory identifiers, and the molecular compounds that attribute to these flavor and aroma profiles.

- Tours take approximately 1hr.

- Tours include a Ethanolo¿y brass pin momento

- Tours will be scheduled via our website.

Fantastic! We learned so much and had a great time. Everyone there is so friendly and knowledgeable. We came back the next day for cocktails and to watch the live music. We'll definitely be back soon!
