Friendly people and a great class!

Passionate yogis lead Hatha-based yoga classes designed to accommodate students of all fitness & experience levels

Inner peace is hard to come by, requiring complex negotiations between spleen and kidney. Find harmony more easily with today's Groupon: for $29, you get 10 yoga classes at Eugene Yoga (up to an $85 value).

Eugene Yoga's team of yoga instructors gathers a community of holistic wellness-seekers with a robust schedule of Hatha-based yoga classes. Inexperienced students can take sticky mats for a test drive during Pre-Level 1 classes that walk students through fundamental poses while emphasizing proper spinal alignment and deep breathing techniques to hone concentration. More advanced students can try Yoga for Fitness, which features a strengthening flow of postures designed to build the muscle and coordination needed to balance stacks of solid-gold checkbooks. Women can hone their practice during ladies-only sessions that promote strong bodies and self-confidence in a noncompetitive atmosphere, and alignment-centric classes help practitioners prepare for circus auditions with back bends, handstands, and spirit-lion taming.
