Q:

I attended my first class at Eugene Yoga a few weeks ago. Does that disqualify me from using this groupon?

Ellen K.  asked on  Sep 7, 2012

A:

Thanks for asking. If you have only taken one class, and you are not on the new student special, then yes you qualify for the promotion.

Q:

Do you offer post natal yoga classes? I just had a baby 5 months ago and thought yoga would be a great way to start getting back in shape and to help with all my stiff joints. Also, do you offer classes on the weekends?

Chemen C.  asked on  Sep 6, 2012

A:

Greetings! We offer 58 weekly drop in classes. 10 classes offered Sat/Sun. Many of our classes are great for post natal. Feel free to call and we can give you some direction. We also have a pelvic floor and yoga series starting soon.

Q:

Hi, Do you have to take all the coupon classes by December 5th, or just have started taking classes by then? And are all classes at the center eligible for this groupon coupon?

Alison M.  asked on  Sep 6, 2012

A:

You just need to take your first class by Dec 5th and then you have 4 months to use the 10 class pass and 8 months for the 20 class pass. ALL drop in classes are eligible except for the YogaMind Class for Eating/Body Image. That is a specialized drop in class. That is the only exception for the drop in classes. Namaste

Q:

my physician has asked that I find a class friendly to senior women who are first timers at yoga, and a class that will emphasize stretching and strengthening lower back and abdominal muscles. Do you have such a class available?

Leta M.  asked on  Sep 6, 2012

A:

Great question! Our program incorporates specialized classes so that many members of our community can access yoga. On Tues and Thursday mornings there is Gentle Yoga for Women. On Wed mornings at 11:30 we offer Gentle Yoga and Meditation (even more gentle than the Tues/Thurs class). On Thurs evenings there is gentle yoga as well. Weekends there is one gentle yoga class on Sat and two on Sunday. You will also find that we have special focus series like Yoga for the Pelvic Floor that many women appreciate.
