Company is a scam. The technician who did chimney sweep and inspection of fireplace had no idea what he was doing. Now fireplace does not work. I also got charged $184 for 8 feet extra chimney length. Take your business elsewhere!

I am not sure that I feel like my vents are a ton cleaner but I will see over time. I had to pay an extra $350 for my second main and for the extra 14 ft of dryer line. If your house is a two story, you probably have a second main. The technician left all the dryer lint on the ground outside but he did vacuum inside the house where dust came out. Overall, decent service that ended up still being cheaper than paying outright

This is a scam. The Groupon you are buying is for 10 foot cleaning. For a 25 foot you will pay an extra 250 on top of the Groupon. The job takes about 15 min to do. You could go to Home Depot and buy the attachment for your drill for 30 bucks and do it yourself. Shop vac and that’s all you need.
