What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Because of having extensive software development and Cybersecurity knowledge/experience, we can not only fix current problems, but also help prevent future problems. We also teach Cybersecurity Seminars through the Capital City Training Center in Springfield.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I've been developing software since I was 11 years old any my Dad hired a personal tutor/programming teacher. I just love all aspects of computers and digital devices. Plain and simple, I just love computers and digital devices.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the smile and relief on a customer's face when I'm able to resolve their problems. I also thoroughly enjoy teaching, especially Cybersecurity related topics.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
When someone teared up after realizing their problem was fixed, and they didn't owe me a dime (it was a simple problem to fix once identified).
