The word “bustling” comes to mind when describing a typical day at Everyday Athletes—one exerciser performs an ab-strengthening plank exercise while another tears through a bench press set and yet another churns out sit-ups in the corner. There’s a method to this seeming madness, though, and it's orchestrated by Chance Cianciola, Brad Longazel, and Matt Hill, the gym's three certified strength and conditioning specialists and USAW-recognized weight-lifting coaches. Their boot camp and strength camp classes challenge students with intense, functional movements such as hanging from rings, leaping onto box jumps, and rapidly mowing the gym’s artificial turf surface. In the midst of these regimens, clients can opt to track their progress through initial and follow-up fitness assessments.
