The chefs at Everyday Sushi could just as easily be called artists. The menu includes dozens of artfully prepared nigiri, maki, and sashimi, not to mention stunning appetizers, such as the tuna tataki and sunomuono salad. However, the specialty rolls are the true stars of the eatery. These include the Spider roll, filled with crunchy yam tempura, cucumber, and avocado and topped with soft-shell crab and tobiko, and the mango roll, a California roll topped with mango and tobiko. Even amid all that sushi, the chefs make Japanese dishes such as tempura, rice bowls, and noodles.
