I have rheumatoid and osteoarthritis and am considering yoga as an exercise option. I have only taken a few classes in the past. Would one of the classes offered be a better option for someone in my situation?

A:

Its best to start with the Warm 60 and the gentle class and then once you have established a practice then you should do some of the hot 90 classes. All of these classes will help you immensely mark
