Clean place and I liked the job but I found like money hungry place, coupon cost $33.75, (great deal) and then I was notify about $15 extra for my long hair, OK! and when I paid the extra fee I didn’t recibe my $5 change cuz the Groupon tax! I mean was exactly $5 dollar tax!? Plus tip, groupon is about about to make new loyal customer, but I don’t wanna be back a place where they suck like leeches

Lulu gave me a good cut and great blow dry. The shampoo and deep conditioner were ok - the shampoo was very rushed and could have been better. Overall recommend the place!

$45 upcharge for Olaplex
$60 upcharge for toner (only $8 on amazon by the way, and $8-10 for developer, good brands)

Add all this up, with the Groupon fee, and it's more expensive than some cheaper salons in NYC.
The hair stylists do seem to have experience and do a great job.
But the pricing practices should be transparent - on this Groupon description too!! and the upcharge for Toner / Olaplex is WAY too much for how much toner really costs, and how much a dab of Olaplex, even if given multiple times, costs.

I had a great experience. The owner was very hospitable and Lulu did a great job with my haircut. My hair feels refreshed and rejuvenated. I’ll definitely be back soon.
