Andrew was friendly when he greeted me. My car was ready before 12:00 but they didn't call to tell me. It was cloudy when I picked it up and I did find a few bits of sap they had missed but I though the interior looked good until closer inspection in the sunlight today. The vacuuming job was ok but I thought it would be shampooed which it was not. The leather was not well conditioned as I was told it would be when I booked. There was still dirt and grime along the seat runners and dirt around the tail lights and rim of the hatch back. I paid quite a lot for this Groupon and the work was not what I thought it should be.

They took a really long time to finish (double what they told me) and I would've been ok with it if they took the time to do a really good job but the result was pretty meh. My car was really dirty coming in but honestly, just was expecting more for 100$
