I am a certified carpet cleaner, licensed and insured, owner operated. Our work is 100% guaranteed we are not a franchise. For us customer satisfaction is number one, and we always aim to exceed your expectation when given the chance to serve.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
After working in the cleaning industry for over 20 years, I had a company over to do my carpet one day, to say the least it was a bad experience. Right there and then I had an aha moment. I knew I could do a better job, so I started Excel and my customers are loving its excellent service.

What do you love most about your job?
What I love about my job is the finish product, from dingy to like new, and to see the look on my customers' faces. To hear them say I never thought my carpet could look this good again, it brings me joy that I'm able to provide a positive moment for my customer.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
One customer in particular says, "My experience in dealing with you was oh so fantastic. I spoke so much about you and your service at our reading club, so my friends who have carpets will be calling you soon. Keep up the good work."
