Q:

You state that the software to run this online program is something most computers already have installed. I may be working from a public computer part of the time - how common is this software? I will not be able to download anything on a public computer, so do not want to find out that this is actually NOT common software and I am out of luck!

A:

You needn't incur any additional costs once you have purchased our course. Of course, it is advisable to have a copy of the relevant program for which you are interesting in training (e.g. Excel for our Excel course, Word for the Word course, etc), but we have found that - even then - there are plenty of free equivalents of these programs which work perfectly well so, if you don't have the program you're interested in, you still won't necessarily need to buy it.
