Poor selection of nail polish, which also chipped the second day, not really doing anything. Not a peaceful environment for pampering, loud noises coming from upstairs.

The service wasn't professional enogh. The result after apply the nail pulish is like home self done. And I was sent out before the it was dry. I told her that, so reply couple figers and sent me out again. Disappoint.

Really terrible experience - shabby basement entrance should have been the first clue - the "spa" is a just a bedroom with a loud fridge and dirty walls. Kids running overhead and yelling, coming into the room and the "technician" taking three phone calls during my facial. The 60 minutes was only soap a gritty cleanser which she rubbed in for 20 minutes and then a mask - no questions asked, no examining my skin, no taking. Terrible, stay away this was a total waste of Money
