Before you even book your service, we want to provide you with a top-notch onboarding experience.

Step 1: Property Profile

By having you complete your client property profile, we know exactly what customized cleaning you want from us. To us, is a critical step in your client experience process because it allows you to sit down and think about what you need from the experience. We want to know all about your home/office and lifestyle. During this part of the experience, we want you to know that you are cared for, listened to, and that we are emotionally invested in you. A profile will include your address, parking instructions, pet information, cleaning priorities, any product preferences, if any, and more. Your team will be able to give you exactly what you are looking for with this information.

Step 2: We will adequately prepare you for the appointment

After you have submitted their completed profile, we send you information on preparing for your appointment. This includes details about your booking, such as your Elite Maids Team Leaders name as well as our procedures and policies, so you know know how the cleaning will go and hopefully all your questions will be answered before you even set foot in your home/office. We will also provide you with a check list with exactly what is included in the service and know exactly what will happen during their appointment.

Step 3: We then impeccably clean your home or office

Excellentia means we perform a luxury cleaning and we do it flawlessly. This means making sure that your cleaners arrive prepared, on time, and wearing our designated uniform. After completion, we take care to make sure you are 100% blown away by the work we have performed in your home.
