The young man was nice enough, but he left soot on the carpet near the fireplace and on my sofa (apparently he moved it to access an outlet- something I didn’t notice until he was gone). And the price mysteriously went up once he arrived. I won’t use this service again.

Stay far away from that fraudulent company! I purchased three deals from them, requesting a refund for the carpet cleaning while keeping the air duct service. Before I could even use it, they stopped answering my calls. I then asked Groupon to reach out on my behalf. When Groupon did contact them, the old man who always answered the phone told Groupon's customer service that the deal had already been redeemed. However, I have not redeemed it, and they never came to my house for the duct cleaning service. I used a different phone number to call them. The old guy said that he's going to refund the money that I paid for the deal. I reached out to Groupon, and the agent stated that the merchant claimed it had been redeemed. I'm now going to file a report with all of the following agencies to report both Groupon and that merchant, Exceptional Air Cleaning.

A company call duct guy came for my chinmey clean. first asked they ask for $500 to clean chimney, i feel thats a rip-off. I told him the local company can do it for $200 so his drop the price to $200. He work about 30 mins with his outdated vacuum, it blows the dust all over the room during the work, which is totally not professional and unacceptable. I still pay him at the end for the work.
