I purchased the 3 room and one hallway Groupon, for $79. We had pet soiling from our senior dog, and wanted to get the floors freshened up. Richard was friendly when he arrived, examined the carpets thoroughly and told me he could do the job for $300. I was expecting to pay some extra to have a more thorough clean - but was surprised by the extra $220. Either way, we agreed as Richard was already in our house, we had already purchased the groupon and he seemed professional. He worked very hard, and originally the carpets were looking great. Unfortunately the carpets took about 2 days to completely dry. As the carpets dried new large stains appeared. I let Richard know, and he came out again a few days later to retreat. Unfortunately these new stains are here to stay. Richard is kind, works hard, and had great customer service. I did ask for and receive a refund for the cost of the original groupon, I didnt ask for a refund for the extra $220 as I felt he tried his hardest even though our carpets are damaged.
