Initial service was great - we thought we were getting exactly what we wanted, unfortunately, while they say 10-12 weeks to arrive is an estimate, it's been over 12 weeks now and it still hasn't arrived. I've expressed my concern through customer service, which they have ignored. It is concerning that they apparently have no way of tracking shipments in order to better communicate with the customer.

While their end product seems of good quality, their customer service is extremely lacking. It took of fourteen weeks to receive my suit order and not once was I updated on its delays. It took me sending multiple E-mails to finally get a response and when I did it was to inform me of more delays. Again while a good product I would not purchase anything from them again because of their abysmal customer service and terrible delivery time.

Poorly fitted (custom) suit, and the shirt was of such low quality it had frayed strings after only 1 wear, and they can't be bothered to respond to any e-mails requesting that they fix te problems. Quite possibly the worst experience I could have imagined. A complete waste of time and money.
