Golfers are the earth's protectors, frequenting the driving range to return circular, hardened cloud-fragments to the sky from which they accidentally fell. Learn from a lifetime do-gooder with today’s Groupon: for $79, you get an 18-hole golf lesson for one or two people with a professional golfer at Executive Links (up to a $350 value).
Executive Links representative Brian MacIntosh imparts his formidable ball-clubbing know-how to players of all ages and experience levels. A Charlotte-area native, Brian studied under PGA tour winner Mark McCumber and Top 100 golf instructor Ron Philo to pass the notoriously difficult PGA Playing Ability test. Brian meets customers at a course of their choosing for 18 holes of instruction and a polo-shirt-ironing tutorial. With each drive and long putt, Brian observes the customer’s form and offers advice to sharpen both the physical and mental aspects of their tee-to-green playing. Under Brian's tutelage, players learn to manage the course with newfound acumen, reduce unwanted slicing, lengthen drives, and intensify celebratory dances.
Customers must pay for round of golf at course.
Executive Links LLC
Executive Links transforms the golf course into a meeting room—or a classroom, depending on your needs. With professional instructors stationed all across the U.S., the company has created a novel new way to do business while playing a round of golf: you can have one of its professional instructors join you and your business associates out on the course.
During rounds, instructors provide corrective advice on technique, all while the rest of the group talks shop. But Executive Links' services aren't limited to business-related packages. The company also offers on-course playing lessons, as well as individual swing lessons with video analysis that makes it easy to pinpoint mistakes or spot ghosts blowing the ball off the tee right before a swing.
