Poor communication for booking process. Not told the salon location is open by appt only. Arrived 10min early, technician was 10min late. Left standing in the cold. Queensway location not ttc user friendly. Regular salon prices are very high end. Would not go back again even though Linda is very good on the customer service/care when one on one.
