They did a great job considering how bad my past technician’s vehicle was.
A little different taking it to a car rental place but overall good.

They did a pretty bad job. They missed a ton of spots and clearly didn't do more than spray the outside with water without drying it. The inside stil,l had a ton of missed spots that I'll have to clean myself. They didn't follow through on most of the external cleaning listed in the cleaning package. The staff lost my reservation, tried to tell me I was in the wrong place, and overall were unhelpful and unprofessional.
