Tim (owner) gave advance call of arrival time, was on time, gave thorough check of my heating/cooling units and gave good advice about maintenance I will always call him for any future Heat/AC needs!

They told my wife we needed a capacitor. They charged $ 79.00 for a service call and $265.00 for the capacitor and putting it in. As a business owner that seemed excessive. I found the capacitor for $ 40.00. I emailed the company asking an adjustment on their excessive price gouging. They never responded. This was unethical and greed.
