Hello, normally people with sensitive teeth the problem is solved by brushing with sensodyne tooth past for a week before having the treatment ,in your case you should consult with your dentist before purchasing this procedure. Thank you

Q:

Does this procedure harm teeth and gums in any way? Does it protect the enamel?

Christine D.  asked on  May 3, 2013

A:

This procedure has been done for many years, in both dental offices and teeth whitening offices. The procedure does not hurt the enamel. Teeth whitening removes the stains that have settled onto the surface of the tooth, not the enamel. Only excessive use can cause damage. It is recommended to have your teeth whitened professionally every 6 months to a year. Gum sensitivity can occur but will go away in a few days, Orajel and ibuprofen can be used to help with gum sensitivity.

Q:

I have several caps on teeth - can you still whiten my own teeth to match the caps?

Judie T.  asked on  May 3, 2013

A:

There is no guarantee that they will match 100%. We CANNOT alter the color of your caps since they are permanent and synthetic. Our professional teeth whitening process consist of two sessions during your visit. We can check the teeth being whitened after the first session to see how the color of your caps match your own teeth. If you want to continue to get them whiter, than we can continue on with the procedure. We can try to get them as close as possible to the caps for you.
