We offer a rotating weekly menu consisting of traditional items, vegetarian dishes, soups/salads, breakfast items as well as all natural snacks and treats. We offer portions for a man, woman and even the family! Most dishes are gluten free, soy free and dairy free. "Nutritious is Delicious!"

We as a team at Express Your Health are passionate about delivering fresh, high quality, nutritious meals to anyone seeking a healthy lifestyle. We love the challenge of taking natural foods and turning them into delicious meals that can be enjoyed without the guilt!
What do you love most about your job?
Making people happy through food is what gives us joy! Everyone wants to either loose a few pounds, gain a few pounds, maintain a certain figure and it can be very overwhelming, as nutrition plays a big part in that process. We love being the catalyst for any persons goals!
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
How simple we can make life for them. The fact that whatever goals they have, being a food provider just makes life for them "simple". They no longer have to spend countless hours cooking, shopping for groceries, instead they spend more quality time with family, friends and loved ones!
