During intro classes, an instructor walks students through strength-boosting maneuvers as well as dance moves and tricks such as spins. The exercises include elements similar to weightlifting, gymnastics, dance, yoga, and cirque movements.
At Expressions Fitness, a certified instructor helps adult students of all shapes, sizes, and experience levels have fun with dynamic pole-dancing classes. Each class specializes in a specific subject, such as Pole Fit, which delivers an intense workout, and Pole Tricks, which concentrates on building strength and performing vivid aerial maneuvers. The studio also opens for private and semiprivate parties for all occasions.
