Extra Car is always so easy to work with. This time I my reservation got lost but when I showed up they were only taking reservations. I just had to show them that I had called a few weeks back and they quickly approved me. They are always fast and courteous. Extra Car has a customer for life now.

Really convenient location close to the airport, helpful staff, shuttles every 10 minutes. I would use this lot again. The only confusing thing was I paid for my Groupon but still had a balance owning at the lot, so am not sure if I didn't read the fine print...? But overall, really pleased with the service and the overall cost. Would use again.
