A few questions: 1) It mentions daily juice pickup is recommended, does that mean I can pick up all of my juices for each day in the morning? 2) If so, what is the earliest I can pick them up from the store? 3) Can I pick up more than one day's worth of juices if I know I can't make the next day in the store, since I occasionally travel for work? 4) The 2 weeks in advance order, is to start the program correct? 5) Is there no Dinner option on the 4th day, it doesn't show that on the menu.
