I am partially disabled due to a left knee replacement. I need someone to help strengthen up my upper body and tome my thighs as well. Also. is your music very loud? Last question, is everyone who works out at your facility, thin and the men have 6 pack abs. I would appreciate an answer, at your earliest convenience. Thank you, Joanne
