Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
We keep clients motivated by offering encouragement and guidance while making them accountable. If they miss a couple sessions, we call to check up on them. We also provide alternative techniques to accommodate all of our clients. Monthly weigh-ins and measurements are done to track progress. Incentives are offered for goals met. We are not Crossfit—we are group fitness! We are a fitness family.
What is a typical session of your program or class like for a student?
Sessions are a combination of body-weight exercises, team relays, partner exercises, squats, jumps, and weight training. Anything to keep the body moving, burning calories, and building lean healthy bodies from the inside out. Clients never know what to expect when walking in the door, other than that they'll leave with an amazing feeling of accomplishment.
