When you say any test outside the scope of a regular eye exam...I had eye exams in the past and my insurance used to cover eye exams, not anymore. I do not know what is and what is not part of a regular exam. Could you give us more details please?

Yes, you can use the full value for glasses if you already have a prescription, and you may choose from all frames and lenses that are available in the store.

A routine exam consits of a refraction and physical examination of the eyes. If a medical problem is found that may require addional testing such as a visual field exam, or a more complex retinal exam than it will be billed to your medical insurance.
