Q:

If you get glasses, no line bifocials, frames and lenses, is it possible to only spend $25.00, the price of the Groupon.

Delores A.  asked on  May 9, 2013

A:

You will have some additional cost, it depends on the type of no-line bifocal you are wearing. If you are not sure of the brand you are wearing stop by the store and let the optician take a look. They will be happy to let you know what the cost will be for the lens you are wearing.

Q:

Does the groupon cover only the cost of the lenses and you have to buy the frames separate? Or, is it towards both lenses and frames and then I would have to pay the remaining balance if there is any.

Jennifer L.  asked on  May 9, 2013

A:

You get $145 off your entire purchase. You do need to buy polycarbonate lenses with anti reflective coating and any frame of your choosing. You just have to pay the remaining balance.

Q:

2 Questions: 1. Part of the fine print says, "Not valid with insurance." Does this mean that if you have insurance you can't use the deal or that you can't combine insurance and the deal? 2. Can the deal be used for sunglasses with no-line range ($105–240) lenses?

Lori B.  asked on  May 9, 2013

A:

1) You can't use the Groupon and your insurance. If you have insurance you can use the insurance for the exam and this is also a great time to get a 2nd pair of glasses. You could use your Groupon for one and your insurance for the other. 2) Yes you can use this Groupon for prescription sunglasses.

Q:

Can this be used on replacement lenses only - to be installed in exisiting frames?

Susan M.  asked on  May 9, 2013

A:

This is for a complete pair of glasses, frame and lenses. We can put new lenses in your frame and then you can use the groupon for a second pair or you could get a pair of sunglasses.
