Q:

i want to buy it for my mum. does $89 towards $1000 mean $89x3.5 for standard LASIK ($3,500), $89x6 for laser-blended vision ($6,000), and $89x5 for custom Wavefront PRK ($5,000) procedures? OR for $1000, i've to pay 89 and rest 2500, 5000 or 4000 dollars respectively as such? i hope you understand the question.

A:

Very sorry for the delay. Your second question is correct: For this Deal you pay $89 and it becomes $1,000 toward any service the business offers. Thanks for your patience.

Q:

Is this groupon able to be used forCustom Wavefront PRK Custom Wavefront PRK (or photorefractive keratectomy) is where no flap of the cornea is created to do the actual correction. The correction is done on the front surface of the cornea. This is the choice procedure if you have a corneal thickness not suitable to do the LASIK procedure. If you are into contact sports like Boxing PRK is preferable to LASIK even if your cornea is thick enough to have LASIK.

Ann M.  asked on  Oct 17, 2012

A:

Hi Ann! This Groupon is applicable to standard LASIK ($3,500), the laser-blended vision ($6,000), or the custom Wavefront PRK ($5,000) procedures. Please note that the full $1000 discount is for individuals who receive treatment on both eyes. Thanks!

Q:

"Limit 1 per visit...Valid only for treatment on both eyes." Does this mean I can't buy two and use to get both eyes done?

Maureen  asked on  Oct 17, 2012

A:

Hi Maureen. This Groupon has a limit of one per person and it must be used towards the treatment of both eyes. Unfortunately, you're not allowed to use two Groupons. Thanks for posting!
