The movers were nice and they did a good job.
They get four starts , because they overbooked and was late to my house. Other than that, they did a good job.

The movers and Katie were very nice and helpful, I can't say the same for the manager.
They sell 30 minutes drive and 1:30 labor, but never mentioned the 30 minutes travel is BEFORE arrive to your house and try to charge you overtime.
They tried to collect two payments from me.

Mon-Thurs only, and they take off 0.5 hr for driving to you. Company has poor communication. I was scheduled Thursday 12-4pm, they call 30min before arriving. I called them at 3 since I didn’t get any calls. Morning job was delayed, so I was waiting until 7pm to get the final confirmation I was being moved to next morning. Next morning, I still didn’t get a call. Not worth the stress and hassle!

Watch out for the hidden fees. I would not use them again if my life depended on it. Paid for 3 hours and 3 guys. Was only able to get 2 hours 2 guys. Paid $249 initially and end up paying an additional $169 for the third hour that I already paid for. Total rip off....
