Geared toward elite athletes but open to all comers, F.L.Y. Fitness Group offers fitness training in four distinct flavors. Sports performance training focuses on athletes from junior high through college through adulthood. One-on-one training takes a completely individualized approach, allowing students at all fitness levels to achieve their wellness goals. The semiprivate training sessions are limited to just four participants at a time, mixing the personalized attention of a private session with the inspiring camaraderie and potential ping-pong matches of a group class. And the intense boot-camp class runs participants through a regimen of running, interval training, pushups, sit-ups, and yoga.
