What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Anywhere else, it’s at least $50 for the employee to interact with you in order provide answers to any inquiries involving the repair service. They call this a “diagnosis fee.” We call that “customer service,” and because we feel we owe that to you, we don’t charge you for it.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Everything’s backwards. Consumers believe the value of their “old” PC is low and the value of their techs’ services are high. I believe techs are obsolete, and older computers are worth about three times market value.
What do you love most about your job?

What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
I’ve always seen a referral as the ultimate compliment.
