About Fabio Cucina Italiana
Homemade fettuccine topped with tender veal, truffles, and porcini mushrooms. Maine lobster smothered in a spicy tomato sauce over a bed of black linguine. A chicken breast stuffed with asparagus and scamorza cheese and garnished with shallots and aged balsamic-vinegar sauce beside roasted polenta. These are just a few of the entrees served at Fabio Cucina Italiana, all thanks to the owner and chef, Chicco.
Chicco was born in Italy and honed his culinary skills in Milan before moving to New York City in 1982. Here, he worked at Orsini's and owned La Veranda Restaurant serving celebrity clients such as President Reagan, Michael Douglas, John Travolta, Tom Cruise and Frank Sinatra. Then, Fabio Cucina Italiana was opened in 2014, where he now owns and shares his culinary fervor and skills with sumptuous Italian dishes featuring hand-selected produce and homemade pasta.
