All cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of service price. Rescheduling an appointment with less then 48 hour notice is deemed as a cancellation and will be processed as such. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment will result a 100% charge of service. (Clients scheduling an appointment with a valid Groupon and who cancel or don’t attend appointment will be charged cancellation/no-show fee.)
