Great service! The day of my appointment, I ran ridiculously late due to road blocks and heavy traffic. I was so stressed out and really appreciated Lauren's (owner) patience and flexibility. Even got an extra 15 minutes of infrared. Came out feeling destressed and relaxed.

I got a pack of 3. The 1st visit went smoothly and then everything went downhill re: scheduling. For my 2nd visit, I was on time but was told to come back 30 min later because they took a “very late arrival.” I was already on the schedule, why accept someone or not make the late person wait? Lastly, the 3rd visit was canceled with no reason provided 2 hrs before. Never going back.

You were also given multiple free sessions - you were not complaining when you got $200 worth of free treatments. Nor when you didn't respond to messages to reschedule you.
