My nephew loved his lesson. My niece wasn't too interested. My son was semi interested. The instructors and assistants were friendly and did their best to keep kids interested and class going at an easy going pace for the children who were interested.

3 of us came together, welcomed with opened arms, has a great kickboxing class with Tony as our instructor who made sure our form was correct and checked on us throughout the class. Loved the music, used both arm and resistance weights that is the best!!
