the guy was pretty vague about what you got, the groupon said $8.00 worth of food a falafel plus and he said it had to just be a falafel sandwich, which it didnt say.....and he did ring it in to show the final price...felt like a bit of a rip off!

The food was really tasty and the service was friendly but the deal itself wasn't worth the trouble. Was supposed to be $5 for $8 worth, but I bought a $6.50 falafel wrap and a $2.50 juice and still ended up owing $3.45. Groupon should have mentioned that drinks weren't eligible, or whataver happened. Whatever, I'd go there without the groupon, just too bad that

About This Deal

It was decided that falafels should be round, not square, when a battery of medical tests confirmed that a spheroid shape is better for digestion and lawn bowling. Taste these athletic specimens with today's Groupon: for $5, you get $10 worth of Middle Eastern fare at Falafel Plus on West 8th Avenue. Falafel Plus serves up a slew of organic and kosher Middle Eastern eats, including fresh falafel and falafel-friendly dishes fashioned from original regional recipes. All the Eastern edibles are made-to-order to ensure a clean criminal record and fresh taste. Like tennis balls, falafels can be served in a multitude of manners, including pocketed in puffy pitas with cucumber and sliced tomatoes or slathered in sweet chilli sauce and minted yogurt. Excellent customer service and strategically placed nets keep flying falafel incidents at bay. Check out the full menu of sphered specialties.

  • Let me be very clear: I am a ‘meatatarian’ and love eating my meat. I enjoy falafels, but I don’t love them. However, after dining at Falafel Plus with my wife, that has all changed. – Gary, EatingInVancouver.ca
  • Best falafel I've had since living in Montreal. They even deep fry the falafel when you order it, so it is piping hot and amazing. The pitas are huge. – Krysten J., Yelp

About Falafel Plus

Steam from freshly prepared falafels wafts through the kosher restaurant Falafel Plus, carrying aromas of organic chickpeas, herbs, and onions. Droplets of water spring from just-rinsed tomatoes and cucumbers as cooks chop them into slices for layering beside the crispy balls in pitas with minted yogourt. Creamy sides of hummus, marinated eggplant, and baba ganush round out entrees of organic chicken shawarma and beef lasagna, available for in-restaurant dining as well as for off-site catered events. When catering events, Falafel Plus can take care of every detail, from arranging flowers to tying the family matriarch's bib.
