Practice is out of line and out of business. I paid for the Groupon, used the Groupon, got a horrible basic cleaning didn't even get my teeth polished, and 3 months later I'm getting a bill for $379 with no description at all. I never went back for their insane estimate treatment plan. No further work nor appointments made. Will be contacting the BBB and the Dental Board of Arizona.

Don’t use the online scheduler. Call to make an appointment. Otherwise it is the typical upsell which was not bad, with a regular cleaning. Worth the price and I’m probably going back for future dental. Seemed like smart people.
