Q:

This deal is for 2 treatments. If there is a need for 3rd treatement (as indicated may be needed on the company website), Is that $200? And if a 4th and 5th treatment is needed, is that covered as free treatments as listed on the company website?

Kirsten  asked on  Nov 15, 2012

A:

The groupon deal is for just two treatments. If you need future treatments we are always willing to make mutually acceptable options for payment. We will NOT charge full fees after you have started treating!

Q:

Regarding thumbnail fungus: Can you be more specific as to "good success" in the treatment of thumbnail fungus? For example it is well known that cures for foot-based fungus are not necessarily effective on hand-based. How many treatments are typical for thumbnail fungus and what would be the cost per treatment after the Groupon introductory offer? Since the offer is for the treatment of ten digits (toes), since I only require treatment on TWO, can the Groupon offer extend to a proportional number of individual visits? Thank you , J A Schwell

Jeri S.  asked on  Nov 15, 2012

A:

Given the specific nature of your inquiry, please contact the merchant directly at 860-289-4500. They'll be happy to discuss the treatment options that will work best for you.

Q:

What age is the laser treatment approved for? My son is 8 and topical treatment for many months on both pinkie toes from the pediotrist did not work, they still blacken and fall off periodically. If laser is available for his age can I make an appointment to be sure laser is an option for him and pay the groupon price at the office?

Summer B.  asked on  Nov 17, 2012

A:

We have used the laser on children as young as 6. It is a good option because it is painless and has no side effects. An evaluation via office consultation is usually covered by health insurance but laser treatment is not. We have great laser treatment plans available but the Groupon deal is only available here.

Q:

If I buy this and my problem is not fungus, can it be used toward other treatments in your office?

Lauren L.  asked on  Nov 17, 2012

A:

While we see and treat any and all foot problems, I'm afraid the groupon can only be applied to this specific service.

Q:

I have been trying to schedule an appointment via email and phone for a month or so but the answering service always pics up. Is there any easier way to get that done or do you strictly take walk-in business?

Christopher C.  asked on  Nov 16, 2012

A:

I'm sorry our email appointment feature is no longer available. Our phones are manned during regular business hours, 9-5 Monday-Thursday. An answering service is available for emergencies only during all other hours.

It said there were two offices. Could you tell me where the second one is located and if the treatments are also offered there? East Hartford is more than an hour from my home.

Sharon Z.  asked on  Nov 15, 2012

A:

I'm sorry for the confusion! This Groupon is valid only at the location listed.

Q:

I have nail fungus on the TWO THUMBS ONLY. Is this procedure appropriate and will it provide complete long term cure for these two digits? J A Schwell

Jeri S.  asked on  Nov 15, 2012

A:

This Cutera laser has been approved by the FDA and has shown good success in treating these infections. No treatment has 100% success and, anyone can have a recurrence. But over our 18 years we have some good ways to minimize the chance of recurrence after your treatments.
