Some games were not working and not marked as out of order. Also, it took atleast 30 minutes for them to restock some buffet items. Overall though, it was enjoyable.

What You'll Get

Playing laser tag with lasers is a safer alternative to playing freeze tag with liquid nitrogen. Battle friends the safe way with today's Groupon: for $15, you get seven games of Secret Agent LazerTag at Family Fun Center (a $34.93 value). All seven games can be redeemed at once by multiple users or during multiple visits.

The LazerTag arena at Family Fun Center pits laser- and sensor-equipped fighters against one another in a three-tiered spy-themed battlefield. Like a wedding cake, but not as edible, the secret-agent-style layers pack enough excitement and black-tie-elegance to keep even the most finicky great uncles from boredom. During the heat of battle, players deftly maneuver a black-lit bunker, navigate a warehouse, and shuffle through a high-rise building while trying to laser strike their opposition and enforce real-estate taxes on conquered coordinates. Following each music-filled standoff, players receive a scorecard detailing the top shooters and scorers but withholding details of who spent the most time cowering in the corner. Armed with seven play passes, groups of friends, foes, or math teachers can settle personal vendettas during 10-minute laser-light skirmishes or individual players can play up to seven games in a row or spread out contests across six months.

About Family Fun Center XL

Family Fun Center first opened its doors back in 1982. Originally opening with miniature golf and a giant 100 game arcade, it has since become a staple for family entertainment in the Omaha area. Now over 35 years later and in a newer and larger facility at 108th and L Street the Family Fun Center XL enthralls gamers with both classics like miniature golf, air hockey, skeeball, and Ms Pacman and Galaga - but also with new forms of family entertainment like laser tag, paintball, and laser maze.

Equip yourself with a state-of-the-art laser battlesuit in Black Ops Lasertag and battle your friends in a 3,500-square-foot arena. The better each participant performs the faster they will earn achievements and level up to be rewarded with power-ups like machine guns and shields. Advanced games like Capture the Flag, Zombies vs Survivors, and Space Marines 5 take this laser tag into something adults and teens can appreciate. Paintball is about battling out against your friends with real paintball guns, trying to get the highest score before time runs out. At the Lazer Maze, participants channel their inner spy while swiftly snaking through alarm-system lasers.

After (or before) the game, everybody can get some snacks or full meals at the buffet offering a pizza, a full salad bar, hot food selections, drink choices including soda, tea and ice, and desserts. Daily featured specials like wings, ribs, steak, and shrimp make this a suitable value of a buffet. The 100+ game arcade and other attractions like Glow Golf, Soccer Mini-Golf, Foot Pool, Rock Wall, and Billiards round out the fun at this classic family entertainment center.
