Q:

You should probably take this deal down if it is sold out. It says there are still 2 days left to purchase this, but when you actually click "BUY" you are told it is sold out.

A:

I'm sorry you missed out on this deal! If the business sets a limit on how many Groupons we can offer, you will see "Limited quantity available" under the hourglass and countdown of the time left to buy. There are a few reasons why we may limit the number of Groupons available on certain deals, but generally it's to ensure a high quality of service for Groupon customers.

I'm sorry this one sold out so quickly! I hope this helps explain the situation.

Q:

If you can only purchase 1 ticket, why does it allow you to put in 2 in the quantity? So I wanted to buy this for my 4yr old son & myself. I can get a ticket for me but not for my son? My husband will be buying his own on his own account ; ) Also, why can't I ask a question on my iPhone mobile device? I had to come to the website to ask a question. Thanks!!
