Click here to view the schedule. Prior to beginning normal classes, clients new to CrossFit must complete On Ramp, a program which introduces students to fundamental movements and safety. Clients may use their classes toward On Ramp, and normal classes upon completion.
Self Made Strength
Self Made Strength challenges its trainees to push themselves beyond their personal limits with individually scalable, high-intensity workouts built around ever-changing functional movements. Rather than grinding away for hours on an elliptical, students train under driven, certified coaches as they build muscle with kettlebells, sprinting, squatting, tire flips, and plyometrics.
