What You'll Get
George Orwell's abandoned novel Pineapple Farm tells the story of the unruly fruits' disastrous efforts to harvest themselves using fire and wishes. Reap successfully farmed, affectionate fruits with today's Groupon. For $15, you get $35 worth of organic, locally sourced groceries delivered to your door by Farm Fresh Delivery. Farm Fresh Delivery is a healthy, preservative-free way to support local farmers and artisans.
Trips to the grocery store induce awkward encounters with lackluster acquaintances from stamp club and the time-consuming, morally draining process of choosing produce. Today's deal saves the greater Indianapolis area from public scrutiny by delivering fresh, organic products from local Midwest farmers and artisans. Unlike reruns, doppelgangers, and Keanu Reeves's acting technique, Farm Fresh produce bins are never the same. Cucumbers, oranges, avocados, apples, mangos, pineapples, asparagus, or almost any fruit or vegetable can make it into Farm Fresh's selection, depending on the season. Year-round grocery choices can be added to your bin and include all-natural breads, farm-fresh eggs, organic cheeses and milk, honey, jams and preserves, fresh and frozen pastas, and loose-leaf teas. Each bin is completely customizable, which encourages you to get creative with an assortment of organic matter.
After signing up and ordering on Farm Fresh's website, groceries arrive at your door in Fresh Farm's trademark green bin. Each order must include one of five produce bins, which vary by size and contents. The smallest bin ($25) is ideal for one or two people, and contains an assortment of six to eight fruits and veggies. The second bin ($35) is portioned for two-three people, while the medium ($42) and large ($49) bins contain enough produce for a family of four or more. The minimum for a delivery order is $35. - It may sound ridiculous, but I actually get excited about my Farm Fresh delivery every Thursday. Every time I open that green tote, it's like Christmas…the produce is the best I've ever tasted. The fruit is so juicy and flavorful, you would think it was genetically modified, pumped full of steroids, and grown in a lab to ensure the perfect fruit. But it's not. It's 100% organic. – Kenneth Coppens, Associated Content
- [Farm Fresh] allow you to suspend delivery any day you need to. They also require no contract. I'd recommend the service to anyone looking to eat healthier. – Phil Lavoie, Phil The Void
