The classes—valid for kids aged 12–17—begin June 10. Teens meet Monday through Thursday for 45-minute fitness classes that emulate the classic FXB training model. During Monday and Wednesday sessions, instructors focus on kickboxing cardio workouts that pit all four limbs against punching bags. During Tuesday and Thursday strength-building drills, students chisel each of their muscle groups by working with anaerobic bands. To round out the holistic program, they offer nutritional guidance and lead motivational “mat chats.” They’ll provide each participant with gloves, hand wraps, and an exercise manual.<p>
